Technical pipes

Technical polyethylene pipes HDPE, produced by POLYMIR, are characterized by the highest quality and durability. They are successfully used in various fields.

POLYMIR offers a wide range of technical pipes – they differ in diameter (from 16 to 160 millimeters) and wall thickness. Technical pipes are used:

when laying power cables;
when creating electrical low-voltage networks;
when laying communication cables (including television, telephone, etc.);
and in other situations.

They reliably protect networks, cables, both in concrete structures and in the ground, even with high water levels.

In addition to laying cables and communication networks, technical polyethylene pipe is successfully used in creation:

irrigation systems;
non-pressure sewer (for example, in a country house or on a construction site).

Recycled raw materials are used in production, which significantly reduces the cost of pipes. All raw materials are previously studied in laboratories, only high-quality materials are selected.

Peculiarities of pipe production by POLYMIR

HDPE pipes are available in certain “formats”:

pipes with a diameter of 16 to 32 mm – in coils of 100 or 200 m;
pipes with a diameter of 40 to 75 mm – in coils of 100 m;
90 and 110 mm diameter pipes in 50 or 100 m coils
pipes with a diameter of 110-160 mm – in straight sections of 6 or 12 m

At the request of the client, pipes of any length are produced – it all depends on the specific order.

The ideal smoothness of the inner walls eliminates any difficulties when laying cables – they move freely in the pipe without experiencing any resistance. By the way, it is worth noting that HDPE pipes are absolutely non-flammable. In the event of a short circuit in the electrical network laid inside the pipe, ignition will not occur.
